WermKon HSE - Health, Safety, Environment
WermKon was founded by civil engineer Lena Jonsson to take the operational responsibility with work environment and safety as well as the administrative work with risk analyzes.
Last year, Lena was named Female Gazelle of the Year by the financial newspaper Dagens industri (DI), partly because she managed to get more women into the traditionally male-dominated construction industry where the company operates.
WermKon is founded by Lena Jonsson
Lena is a civil engineer with many years of experience from running projects in process plant technology.
She sees a need for special expertise in work environment and safety in the market and founds WermKon AB in Karlstad, Sweden, in 2015.
The special year 2020
Despite the cyclical fluctuations in connection with the corona pandemic, WermKon is rapidly adjusting during the year and acquiring assignments with customers throughout Sweden.
Lena Jonsson is awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year award in Karlstad.

In 2017, WermKon has almost five times its turnover and has 9 employees.

WermKon now has sales of SEK 20 million and has grown to 20 employees.
